Lately, my practice time is mostly during the evenings 🌝🎻
And as a morning person, it’s a struggle! 😅
I am way more focused during the mornings and I enjoy it more, but don’t get me wrong, I love playing at night too! Although sometimes, specially during the week, I am already tired by then… 🤷🏻‍♀️
Anyway, this is what my schedule is right now. There’s other stuff during the mornings. It’s not bad, though. I just wish I could get more practice in 🤓

I bought this book a few years back and had completely forgotten about it until a couple of months ago 🤓🎻 Very helpful instructions on maintaining a great posture and playing with the utmost ease and relaxation.
I’m familiar with some of the references written in there like The Alexander Technique but definitely reading some information for the first time.

Goodbye 2022! Welcome 2023! 🥳🍾🎊
Reflecting on this past year:
While it looked promising, it started in a bad place… simply put 🤷🏻‍♀️
I was too emotional, confused and tired.
But I’ve always been very healthily involved with my daily routine and, as mundane as it may sound, it kept me afloat.
You know, for me, it’s always been about the little things ✨
Don’t underestimate the power of a good night sleep, nourishing food, long quiet walks and journaling.
Also doing a little of what you are passionate about to help you keep you in the creative flow 🎶
That was it, that was my 2022 🙏
There were other amazing things like playing a lot 🎻 Sharing my music from my project @olivamusic 🐌 Working hard at my day job and keep learning about myself and life in general ❤️
I look forward to 2023 🤩 with more music, plenty of health, not so painful learning experiences and lots of love.

She crossed the rainbow bridge a few months ago. I miss her every day. She was my little companion. Minha cadelinha! 🥲
I called her “mi rabito de nube” after Silvio Rodriguez’s song. Her presence soothed my sorrows in times of sadness and enhanced my happiness in moments of joy.
I held her in my arms for the first time when she was 2 weeks old 😍 and I rubbed her little head until her last breath…
